Pre-Sales Visualizer
Whiteboard-style visuals for software demos and proposals. The illustration engine behind every Worksnip explainer.
About
Worksnip exists because the existing capture tools shipped boilerplate where the work needed precision — and because the same workflows get re-explained again, and again, and again.
The team
We're a small team of B2B-software builders with a decade of scars from sales engineering, customer success, and end-user training — the gap between "demoed it on Tuesday" and "they remember it on Friday." Worksnip is the tool we wished existed every one of those Tuesdays.
We hire (rarely, intentionally) for people who care about taste and precision in equal measure. If that sounds like you, the contact form is real.
Sister products
Worksnip ships next to a small set of sister products from the same team, all stitched together by a shared editorial voice and a shared design system.
Whiteboard-style visuals for software demos and proposals. The illustration engine behind every Worksnip explainer.
Meeting recording and recap with the same editorial voice. Worksnip is for screens; Notologic is for rooms.
Workflow-design surface for software consultants. Maps the future state your Worksnip walkthroughs will demonstrate.
What we mean by "precise, calm, grounded"
Precision
The annotation lands on the actual button you clicked, not somewhere nearby. The narration matches what the screen is actually doing, not the model's best guess. The pricing page shows the actual number, not "from".
Calm
One accent. One CTA per view. No glow, no neon, no popups. The site you're reading is what the product feels like to use.
Grounded
We ship real product understanding, not vibes. When the explanation has a source, it says so. When the product doesn't know, it says that too.
