What counts as a "guide"?
One capture = one guide. Re-publishing under a new reading mode doesn't count as a new guide.
Why is Team 4× Starter?
Team unlocks the software-aware narration engine — explanations that read like they came from your most senior teammate, not a generic AI summary — plus the premium voice library and custom voice cloning. For anyone who repeatedly explains the same software, that combination is the entire value of the product.
Is pricing really per-user?
Yes. Every paid plan is priced per user per month. No bundled seats. Add or remove users any time; we prorate the difference.
What if I blow past my monthly guide quota?
You get a soft warning at 80%, a notification at 100%, and a clear upgrade nudge on the next attempted capture. We never hard-cut you mid-recording.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current period. Your guides remain accessible (read-only) within Free's quota.
