Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of Worksnip (the Chrome extension and the web application available at app.worksnip.com). By creating an account or installing the extension you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Worksnip grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service in accordance with your subscription tier. You are responsible for the content you capture, narrate, and share; you represent that you have the rights to that content and that its use does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law. Worksnip processes your captures only to deliver the service — we do not sell your data and we do not train foundation models on your captures.

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law Worksnip disclaims all implied warranties, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time; termination does not relieve you of fees accrued before the termination date. Governing law and venue: to be confirmed; the final document will specify a jurisdiction.
