Privacy Policy

This policy describes what we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the controls you have. Worksnip is operated by the team at worksnip.com. Email security@worksnip.com for any privacy-related inquiry.

We collect three categories of data. Account data (your email, name, organization, and billing customer id) is collected when you sign up and is used to authenticate, bill, and contact you about the service. Capture data (page snippets, screenshots, narration, and audio) is collected when you record a guide and is used only to deliver the product features — we do not sell this data, we do not use it to train third-party foundation models, and we apply two-layer redaction of sensitive data (in your browser and on upload) by default. Telemetry (basic usage and error logs) is collected to operate and improve the service; you can opt out of non-essential telemetry in account settings.

We share data with a small set of sub-processors who help us deliver the service: payment processing, object storage, AI inference, and email delivery. A complete sub-processor list with contractual terms is available on request and will be published here once the public list is finalised. We do not transfer data to jurisdictions outside the EU/UK/US without Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent transfer mechanism.

You have the right to access, correct, export, and delete your personal data. Request any of these via security@worksnip.com; we acknowledge within 5 business days. Deletions take effect within 30 days across all systems including backups.
